So WHAT are Breakroom Bonus Bucks? It's easy and REAL.
Someone makes money for every service you purchase as an employer. We take a portion of our revenue and return it to you as reward dollars to use in the breakroom. Those dollars are called Breakroom Bonus Bucks.
You are paying for these services - we just take part of what we earn and give it back to you to fund your own rewards program.
This depends. It sounds like a canned answer but is not intended to be. The more services you engage, the higher the rewards. For example, if you deploy our hiring team at Recruiting Choices, we typically will provide you $200 for every employee they place with you. Thus, if the hiring team placed 2 employees monthly all year, just that service alone would provide you a $5,000 reward program.
In the last year alone, over 30% of our new clients have adopted one additional service. This means over a dozen of your peers have a rewards program funded by us.
Depending on the service, we often pay out your first round of Breakroom Bonus Bucks within a week of moving forward with our Network provider. If you sign an agreement today with that company to exclusively use their service, we will give you $250 in Bonus Bucks the same day.

Why not bring them to the breakroom real estate we have, promote network companies, teach employees through the same breaktime podcast, and allow them to earn money directly from us. They are paying someone, why not pay us and get rewarded for it.
